Coach-Trainee Data Sharing

If you're a trainee, your coach can access training data you've shared. If you're a coach, you can access data from trainees you manage.

Request data deletion
Export your data
Opt-out of communications

Account Deletion

Coaches: You can delete your account directly from the app:

Open the Trainerly Coach app
Go to Settings (⚙️ icon)
Tap "Delete Account"
Confirm deletion

Warning: Deleting your coach account will permanently remove:

Your coach profile and credentials
All training plans you created
All trainees connected to your account
All exercise data and history

This action cannot be undone.

Trainees: Contact your coach to remove your trainee account, or email us at yoav2806@gmail.com

Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You can request data deletion at any time.

Children's Privacy

Trainerly is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy periodically. Significant changes will be notified through the app.
